I have been going to Laser Clinics Cranbourne for the last three years now. I love the microdermabrasion and LED therapy light. The staff are very friendly very efficient and very caring. Shout out Josephine today for taking care of me. She's one of my favourite therapists. She's very professional. She knows what she's doing. First time trying laser, the technician was absolutely wonderful, she made it so easy for me to feel comfortable and relaxed and very well informed about the process.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the customer service I received today at Laser Clinics Australia, Parramatta Westfield branch (Westfield Parramatta nsw) .
I have been a loyal and honest customer for over 10 years, and this is not my first visit to this clinic. However, during my appointment today, I was attended by a staff member named Kate. This is also not my first experience with her, and unfortunately, I have consistently found her manner to be somewhat rude and unwelcoming. I felt as though I was being treated as if I were receiving the service for free rather than as a long-standing paying client.
In addition, I did not feel that the service was carried out with the level of care and professionalism expected. While I understand that everyone has their own personality and communication style, when on duty, staff members have a responsibility to demonstrate professionalism and duty of care toward clients. Customer experience directly reflects the reputation of Laser Clinics Australia, and I believe this matter deserves attention.
I value the services your clinic provides and hope this feedback will be taken constructively to improve future customer experiences.
Manager at Tuggeranong clinic is very nice and friendly. In my 10 session, noone has actually asked me about the improvement and she has asked for the feedback and booked extra session for free as well. I truely appreciate her and thank you for your service
Sara was lovely! She constantly asked me throughout the whole process if I was feeling okay, she was really caring and sweet! She was also very diligent and made sure I was comfortable.

She made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment and was extremely attentive to detail. Everything was clearly explained, and I felt well cared for from start to finish. felt unwelcome from the moment I arrived, as though I wasn’t wanted there. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The service was incomplete, and I was asked to apply my own cream. Is this now standard practice?
