I ordered auto mats that were listed as in stock on a Sunday. By Wednesday, without any shipping confirmation, I submitted an online form promising a 24-hour response but received nothing. I called and was directed to voicemail, and after multiple attempts, I finally reached someone who confirmed the mats were sold out. I was told I should have received an email about it, but I hadn't. After much back and forth, I managed to cancel my order. I do not recommend this company due to their inadequate customer service.
