Mixed feelings on bulb replacement

I've replaced all bulbs in a certain brand across three vehicles. My only issue was with my 99 GMC Sierra 1500, where both tail lights failed. I discovered this unexpectedly, as I had no tail lights. They were only 14 months old, and I've submitted a warranty request, currently awaiting a response.

Tail light bulb issues...

Absolutely love these LEDs!

I have a 2017 vehicle and struggled to find low beam bulbs that fit. I tried various adapters, but nothing worked. Then I discovered these custom-made LEDs, and they fit perfectly and are incredibly bright. I'm thrilled with them and would definitely purchase again.

My go-to LED lights...

I've bought multiple pairs of LED lights for three different vehicles, and they all work excellently. I've received numerous compliments on their brightness. I mistakenly ordered the wrong lights once, but the customer service was prompt and helped me get the correct ones.

Fast and efficient customer service

I encountered a minor issue with one product after ordering several replacement LED bulbs. I reached out to the company and received a response within a couple of hours. They sent a replacement promptly, which I received about four days later. It's reassuring to know that great companies like this still exist!

Quality over quantity!

I purchased two sets of new brake/stop lights, and they perform exceptionally well. This brand stands for quality, which may cost more, but it's worth it. They respond quickly and stand behind their products. If you have any issues, they take care of it without hesitation. I would buy again in a heartbeat!

Poor service and communication

I ordered auto mats that were listed as in stock on a Sunday. By Wednesday, without any shipping confirmation, I submitted an online form promising a 24-hour response but received nothing. I called and was directed to voicemail, and after multiple attempts, I finally reached someone who confirmed the mats were sold out. I was told I should have received an email about it, but I hadn't. After much back and forth, I managed to cancel my order. I do not recommend this company due to their inadequate customer service.

Disappointing follow-up service

The LED lights are bright, but if they malfunction, don't expect any follow-through on customer service. They seem friendly but do not honor their warranty.
