I ordered three necklaces, specifically the cross/crown designs. They charged me $23.96, but I also noticed an extra charge of $10.35 for a necklace I didn't even order. I've reached out to the support team twice, but received no response. I placed this order on December 5, 2025, and as of January 3, 2026, I still haven't heard back. This service feels like a complete scam. I highly recommend not ordering from them!
