Frustrating experience with my order!

I ordered three necklaces, specifically the cross/crown designs. They charged me $23.96, but I also received an extra charge of $10.35 for a necklace I did not order. I've tried contacting the support team twice, but there has been no response. I placed this order on December 5, 2025, and as of January 3, 2026, I still haven't heard back. This service feels like a scam. I strongly advise against placing any orders here!

Definitely a scam!

Order not delivered!

I ordered shoes on September 17 and didn't receive them, so I sent an email. I did get a response with a tracking number, but it was for a package delivered to California (I live in Massachusetts) before I even placed my order. I was told they would rush my order to me, but since then, I've had no responses, the phone is never answered, and I still don't have my shoes.

Double charge and no shipping info!

I ordered some shoes on September 1, and they have already charged my account twice. I haven't received a shipping email, their support email is undeliverable, and no one answers the phone. Now I'm contacting my bank to see what options I have! Do not order from this company!

This service is a scam!

This company is definitely a scam! I understand that the items come from overseas, but when I tried to return my item, the email bounced back. I found another customer service email, and after two months of waiting, I still haven't received a return process email. Lesson learned.
