I ordered three necklaces, specifically the cross/crown designs. They charged me $23.96, but I also received an extra charge of $10.35 for a necklace I did not order. I've tried contacting the support team twice, but there has been no response. I placed this order on December 5, 2025, and as of January 3, 2026, I still haven't heard back. This service feels like a scam. I strongly advise against placing any orders here!
