Package Never Arrived, Terrible Experience

I have never received my package ordered on 12/27/25, which was supposed to arrive by 01/07/26. Today is 01/17/26, and there are still no updates or movement. The support team has been unhelpful. I demand an immediate refund and will be reporting this situation. If necessary, I will pursue a class action as this seems to be a widespread issue of false advertising and misleading consumers.
