Visited for a meal, but the staff were unhelpful and insisted we couldn't enter despite a sign indicating they were open. After booking online for 5:30, we arrived at 5:10 only to be told by the manager that they were busy and not taking walk-ins. When we mentioned our reservation, he claimed they couldn’t find it and told us to wait half an hour. We requested to order drinks in the meantime, but he refused. Despite explaining our situation, he was dismissive and left, citing their busyness. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the staff's behavior and recommend they clarify their booking status, as many others were also turned away while we were there, despite the restaurant not being at full capacity.
