- Went for mums birthday, chose the venue for the drinks, had no pina colado’s or mojitos, amongst other drinks. - When the Waiter arrived he wasn’t given an iPad or any paper or pencil, so apologised in advance if he couldn’t remember our order. - Some side order items with the main never arrived. Tapas items arrived with the starters so my brother had no food when the mains come out. - Drinks took 1 hour, ‘the bar was very busy’. It turned out the drinks were never registered through the bar. - ‘No brownie available for dessert because they didn’t have any plates to put it on so they went off sat on the top in the kitchen’.- Waiter saying the service has been ‘s**t’ and swearing throughout the experience.
