I placed an order over a month ago for maternity leggings. After reaching out to customer service, my order is still marked as 'placed' with no tracking info. They are claiming it was delivered, but I'm still waiting for proof. The issue remains unresolved, and I haven't received a refund. I contacted the shipping service, and they confirmed no delivery was made. This has been the worst customer service I've ever encountered.
