Cute Maternity Jumpsuits with a Size Issue

I ordered two maternity jumpsuits in my pre-pregnancy size as recommended. I absolutely love them, but they turned out to be too small. (Consider sizing up, especially if you're taller.) After some email exchanges, they sent replacements in a larger size at no extra cost, which I appreciated. While I wish the initial sizing was more accurate, their customer service was commendable. For maternity items, definitely size up! The jumpsuits are adorable and feel great.

Excellent Customer Support!

I ordered leggings for my daughter but got the wrong size. Customer support was fantastic and is sending the correct size at no charge. They replied to my emails in under 24 hours and were very accommodating. I’m looking forward to seeing how the product holds up as these are a Christmas gift, especially since she’s just 16 weeks pregnant. Hoping the product meets the high standard of their service!

Terrible Customer Service Experience

I placed an order over a month ago for maternity leggings. After reaching out to customer service, my order is still marked as 'placed' with no tracking info. They are claiming it was delivered, but I'm still waiting for proof. The issue remains unresolved, and I haven't received a refund. I contacted the shipping service, and they confirmed no delivery was made. This has been the worst customer service I've ever encountered.

We ordered maternity leggings for our granddaughter, but she had an emergency caesarian before we could give them to her. After a few emails, the company agreed to a full refund, which was greatly appreciated given the circumstances. Thankfully, baby Lyla seems to be doing well.
