I ordered a pregnancy jumpsuit in a size bigger than I am and it is very small. I contacted Lasora to ask how I can go about a return and a full refund, and I was told I couldn’t return due to the returns warehouse being out of action. I had a long and frustrating email conversation back and forth - during which they refused to tell me how I could return the item. It took many emails to negotiate a full refund after being offered;1. A complimentary replacement with the condition that I would not be eligible for any kind of refund for the original item if I didn’t want to keep the complimentary item.2. A 50% refund.3. A 70% refund.4. A 80% refund.5. Only when I quoted my rights (as per another review on trustpilot) repeatedly and refused to accept any of the above did they concede and agree to a full refund.Don’t take no for an answer - if you want a refund, keep pushing back and don’t be won over by their ‘courteous’ communication. 💪🏻
