You will not be able to get a refund. No idea they were from China when purchased. Took forever to arrive. Tracking info terrible. After lots of chasing they arrived and were awful quality for £75 for three pairs. Asked for return address. It took 3 emails to obtain it after many offers of exchange, 50% off anything not to return - finally got an UK return address which you simply cannot find anywhere online.As asked by Lasora, I sent back by signed for tracked (£9). Sent them confirmation of delivery. Lasora still asked for proof of delivery so sent them tracking and screen shots.Then they said the leggings were not returned within 30 days of purchase.I could not return within 30 days of purchase as they stonewalled giving the address. They were returned 30 days from receiving the returns address. What’s so awful about this is the leggings are not cheap (but terrible quality) and they are taking advantage of expectant mothers who could do with spending the money on other things. I wish I’d known they were from China, had no proper returns process and read the Trustpilot reviews.Sharing my experience in case it helps others. Still no refund for me though.
