The customer service is most likely an AI bot who gave me generic answers that didn't apply to their product. eventually they told me to ask in a store, in the store they didn't know and told me to ask costumer service.They advertise features on the website that are not included on the bike but you still pay for. they lie about their warranty and try to misguide you into buying service packages.After asking their AI chatbot via email how to initiate a return of the product (after only 3 days of owning it) they completely ignored me.Avoid this company and buy an e-bike from aliexpress like they do, but for cheaper.
