I ordered and paid for a V8 Ultra fat bike and was delivered a V8 without even refunding me the difference in price. Five weeks after payment, I had to beg for my bike. They caused me major work problems, and I bought this bike for work, but now, a month and a half later, it's too late..They keep telling me they don't have it in stock, but I saw it in their shops in La Souris Noord. After I sent an email saying I'd kill myself because of the problems they'd caused, they delivered the bike to me in less than 24 hours. They made fun of me over the phone. Nothing like this has ever happened before. Terrible experience.

I was happy with the bike because it was delivered as promised with the accessories I wanted but i regret that i can’t use the bike because it’s not powering on. There is a technical issue but the worst part is that I have to wait for two weeks more to have it collected from my home to take it get fixed which will take another week or weeks. I regret buying from them. I paid for home service but it looks it was a scam . Here I am with my kids after being excited about the bike and telling them we can’t use it . I hope they refund me as soon as possible and I buy a cheaper bike somewhere.

Everything possible is wrong

Everything possible is wrong. Scooter which is about a year old, has numerous issues, sent to repair 5 weeks back, miscommunication about the delivery, high repair costs then estimated and many more

I’m extremely frustrated.

I’m extremely frustrated with my purchase from La Souris Rotterdam. I bought a bicycle, and first, they forgot the alarm remote. Then I discovered they didn’t give me the battery key. I’ve called multiple times, explained the issue again and again, only to be redirected repeatedly. I was promised a call back last Friday —never happened. For the price I paid, I expected a complete product and basic customer service. Instead, I’m left without essentials and no respect for my time. Once they have your money, you’re on your own...
