I’m extremely frustrated.

I’m extremely frustrated with my purchase from La Souris Rotterdam. I bought a bicycle, and first, they forgot the alarm remote. Then I discovered they didn’t give me the battery key. I’ve called multiple times, explained the issue again and again, only to be redirected repeatedly. I was promised a call back last Friday —never happened. For the price I paid, I expected a complete product and basic customer service. Instead, I’m left without essentials and no respect for my time. Once they have your money, you’re on your own...
