My son’s fatbike is in repair since November 5th, 2025.LaSouris brought the fatbike from the shop in Amstelveen to HQ in Doetinchem because the repair needs new parts.Since mid-November, no one is able to tell me when the bike will be ready. It is now mid-March 2026.Several calls with the servicedesk, several visits to the store in Amstelveen, and they all acknowledge the fact that this repair is taking far too long and promised me to call me back with an estimate.Until this day, not a single call has been received from any person from LaSouris.It’s an absolute disgrace how to treat a customer.
