The experience was horrible. I had been waiting for my e-bike for more than 5 weeks, and after all that, when I finally received an email saying my bike was ready, they told me it actually wasn’t. To this day, my bike still makes strange noises. Honestly, it’s been a horrible experience — especially after spending over 1000 on an e-bike and receiving this kind of service
