I cannot express how disgusted and disappointed I am with La Souris. From day one, this brand has been nothing but a NIGHTMARE. I bought my La Souris bike less than a year ago, paid upfront €150 for three maintenance sessions, and to this day, I have not received any of them.The customer service is non-existent—countless phone calls, emails and WhatsApp messages have gone unanswered or met with empty assurances that someone would call me back. That call never came.I left my bike for scheduled maintenance on August 5th at their Amstelveen workshop. The bike was in perfect condition when I dropped it off; I even cycled there myself. I reported a serious and dangerous battery issue: the bike shuts off randomly while riding. I was told the maintenance would take 3 to 5 days. It's now many weeks later, and I have had no updates, no service performed, and my bike remains in limbo.La Souris has breached my trust, violated consumer rights, and wasted an enormous amount of my time and energy. It's clear from many online reviews that this company persistently treats customers with disrespect, fails to deliver paid services, and hides behind poor communication and empty promises.Avoid this brand if you value your time, money, and safety. You do not deserve to be in business.
