Even though I was in a hurry to buy the bike that day, I came in for a discounted fatbike and the guy who was there ended up selling me something that was on display, not discounted and charged me every extra possible claiming it was 'mandatory' (insurance and loqater). He wanted to sell it to me without pedals even, and he charged me for those as well, so he took a display bike, mounted it on the spot with whatever spare parts he could find and sold it to me as if brand new with a smile..then refuses to refund or give any maintenance support! We could've calmly just refunded the entire thing and I could've chosen another bike with them! But NO! They're a TERRIBLE service who only wants your money!After buying of course, within a day I noticed every faulty thing on the bike they sold me, loqater service was paid different than they told me and the insurance is NOT valid unless I've got it?They refuse to refund me, they refuse to contact me back and or write to me dismissive emails as if they had not read a thing or didn't care.Honestly the worst shop ever, I wanted me my first good bike, a good fatbike, and while the model I bought isn't bad, within a month:- Phantom Pas- Battery issues- Bike turns off alone while on road- Can't even go fully the actieradius that was promised.- not even 500km yetThey really need to be closed, at least I know I'm suing them since they ignore my messages and I've got most what I need documented. This is for you to read and save yourself the trouble. If you buy with them, make 100% (it isn't obvious, you gotta really check) sure they're selling you quality for the price it's worth, not something missing bolts and directly faulty/damaged.
