New Scooter broken after 1 month

On October 10, I purchased a new scooter from your company, La Souris Scooters in Enschede. After a short period of use, the scooter already experienced starting problems. I describe the subsequent process with your company below, which resulted in dissatisfaction with both the product and your company's service.Despite several repair attempts, the scooter continued to malfunction. I paid out of my own pocket to have another company return the scooter to you on November 27 for €140. However, even after the indicated repair (replacement of the dirty air filter) on November 29, the scooter still would not start on November 30. As you can imagine, I brought the scooter back to your company on December 1. Since then, there has still been no solution.To date, your company is still waiting for the necessary part for the scooter. In addition, customer service has also proved inadequate; every call means a 40-minute wait, but the promised feedback and response have not been forthcoming.I believe that the product you sold me does not meet the reasonable expectations of functionality and quality of a new product.The repair was not done properly the first time. Because now it is back in for repairs. This is a new scooter not even 2 months old
