After a rough start with my La Souris bike and several serious issues, I brought it in for repair back in June. The process ended up taking nearly three months, mainly due to waiting for parts, and at times I was left without updates which was frustrating.But in the end, they surprised me in the best way: the bike was fixed, it rides well again, and despite expecting a bill of €500-600, I was charged nothing. Sure, the taillight setup looks a bit improvised, but everything works, and the gesture really restored my faith in how businesses can treat their customers!!So yes, the wait was long, but the outcome was worth it.
