I bought a bike from La Souris and paid extra for insurance and GPS with a monthly subscription. After four months I found out that my bike was never insured because the seller did not complete my information properly. Now that the bike has been stolen, I receive no compensation at all.On top of that, within just 4 months of use I had multiple technical problems: the rear wheel broke twice, issues with the pedals, and problems with the battery. The quality is extremely poor.The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They make young, inexperienced staff handle serious issues, who simply say “not my problem, we can’t do anything.” They completely wash their hands of responsibility.This company is a fraud. Buying from them is a waste of money, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away. Absolutely disgusting experience!
