This company is a joke. Never buy from them. I ordered my bike 2 months ago it was supposed to be delivered in 3 to 10 days and it’s still not here. I texted them multiple times. Called them no body picked up. Email them no reply neither. Via WhatsApp they respond me hours later saying to be patient and that someone will call me. Nobody called. They really don’t care about their consumers. However they are really fast to call me and propose to buy after care when they can even deliver the product I ordered. Never ever order a bike with them. Ordered mine June 13th still no news August 20th…
