Ordered two lights from them. One arrived fairly quickly but the other got lost (order 1880) and now I'm in a battle between Lassola and Colisprive. The one wants a certificate from Colis, and Colis wants me to contact B2C (Lassola). So here I am 200something euro lighter and unknown if I will get my package or not. I asked Lassola for help and they tell me that I should just contact with Colisprive. Guess what - Colisprive, the one that does the delivery has no phone number to contact them (it does but the automated voice tells you to go to their website), after endless hoops and googling (because on the website you wont find any email addresses) I sent out a few mails to ColisPrive but the end of it they confirm the package got lost and I must contact Lassola. But will Lassola solve this? Raise their fingers to look into this issue? That is to be seen... :(Putting 1 stars because even though one light did get delivered... Lassola does not want to help me with my problem. Where is my order 1880? 200 euro into the toilet? Get your logistics sorted!Stealing is bad karma, Lassola!
