You expect to receive a product with European design, but ultimately the quality is very lacking, as it seems to be imported from another region. It looks appealing, but the metal of this lamp is so flimsy that the circular shape has become an oval. The bulbs provided with the lamp emitted a very harsh light, necessitating the purchase of replacements. Additionally, delivery took much longer than the platform suggested. However, the design itself is quite nice.
This has been a complete letdown! Here are some points: Delivery times are excessively long (3 weeks to a month). They sell items that are not actually in stock. I received the wrong product, and there is a vast quality difference between what was advertised and what I got. They are charging €150 for items worth €15. When I requested a return, they suggested I dispose of the products instead. Their return policy is bizarre: they require photo proof of the items in a public bin. On a brighter note, I did receive my refund within a week after a challenging return process. Overall, I recommend avoiding them.
I would never purchase from this seller again. It's a scam. The products look great in pictures, but what you receive is cheap and low-quality, sourced from a factory. Communication is slow, and you have to threaten them just to get a response. They try to convince you to keep the item by offering a discount, and even ask for proof of disposal in a trash can. Thankfully, I did eventually get my money back, but the experience was terrible.

This company operates out of another country and scams international customers! I ordered a light a month ago and have yet to receive it. I’ve tried reaching out via chat and email, but no one is responding. They never specified delivery times, and my confirmation email didn't include an order number, making it impossible to track my order. Their promotional emails claim they are always available to help, but that is not true. If I don’t hear back soon, I will dispute this charge with my credit card company. If I could go back, I would definitely avoid this business.
This is a terrible experience! The company is selling low-quality items directly from another country. Delivery takes over 2 weeks, and the products are substandard: the lamp's material is poor, and all the glass components had holes in them. The items were not assembled correctly, and the instructions were confusing. After 3 months, all the LED lights failed, requiring me to buy replacements.
