SCAM WEBSITE - AVOIDOrdered a £50 outdoor light which looked good quality on the photos. Plastic rubbish arrived, probably cost £1 to produce. Website states products can be returned but after weeks of back and forth by email they are only offering return to China at my expense. Didn’t look through the website properly before ordering, but can now see A.I generated slop on the about us page. Charge back process through my bank started to get my £50 back. Edit: For clarity, this was a distance sale, and under UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations / Consumer Rights Act) I’m entitled to cancel and receive a full refund. Requiring an undisclosed overseas return and repeatedly offering store credit instead of a refund is not compliant with those regulations. The company confirmed by email that they will not provide a UK return address despite advertising one on their website. They also advertise a customer service phone number which doesn’t work. Laughable how unprofessional. Pure scam
