I ordered a lamp well in advance of Christmas, but it arrived late, after the holiday. Additionally, the item did not match the description provided. I was informed that I would need to return it to an overseas location at my own cost before receiving a refund, which seemed unlikely given the conditions I would have to satisfy. The website looks appealing, but it feels like a facade for a subpar business.
If I could give no stars (or negative), that would be more fitting. Contrary to what the site states, they are not located in the UK. Items are shipped from China and must be returned there. They take no responsibility for poor-quality products that do not match the description. They will ask you to return items to China at your expense. Customer service is slow and inadequate. Avoid this company unless you want low-quality products from China that cannot be returned.
The support team responds but is unhelpful. Each representative gives different advice, making resolution lengthy. Additionally, two of my items are faulty, and they refuse to offer a refund, insisting I send them back to China. Very disappointing service.
