The app would not let me put in the correct weight etc to get a valid projection. After multiple attempts I requested a refund and thought that was handled so I deleted the app. And then weeks later I see a pending charge now for $55 on my bank account. I contacted customer support they showed my account was still active so I requested cancellation and they confirmed it was canceled as of the day of my second attempt January 25th 2026. I also requested a refund of the pending $55 because I knew since it was still pending they could halt that. I received back a reply saying they would not do it based on terms and services for the reasons I gave of having technical issues with the app. Avoid this app and avoid this company unless you wish to lose money!
