I subscribed to their one month discounted plan only. Towards the completion of one month, they charged my credit card with USD 29.99 without any prior notice and then they tried to charge it again twice. Thankfully my credit card company blocked those transactions as they realised it was fraudulent activity.
To top it, I have not benefitted at all from their 5 to 10 min daily workouts.

I've been to many physical therapists, and some were good. All have done their best to improve my health. I was stabbed, once in right hip and twice at my spine in the mid back, at age 19. I stayed in shape must of my life but, started having more serious issues in mid 40's and, finally a vehicle accident 12 years ago, at age 56 almost took me out. My last therapist taped my back to restrict movement in mid back. It seemed to help at first but, after a couple of weeks, I was broken down, using a cane again. I heard good things about Tai Chi and thought I'd try it. As it turns out, I signed up, then realized it was a different Tai Chi than I intended. I'm so grateful for the mistake. I approached the exercises with no restrictions. The "Beginner" class was difficult but, with perseverance, I got better and close to what I would call perfection, by the end of 28 days.
Conclusion: I am so amazed at my overall physical balance and confidence for a 68yr male, 2.5yrs out of heart bypass (x4).
I look forward to continuation, as I would highly recommend this Tai Chi Beginner class for anyone who is seeking to get into shape and concerned about gaining independence and maintaining health.

I’ve previously used Lasta for 3 months and loved it. Simple to follow workouts that make you feel like you’ve had a workout. The timing length of the videos is perfect and if you want to challenge yourself more, just do another one.

My Experience with Lasta has been nothing short of amazing! I think their videos r great! I had a subscription last September thru November 2025 for the 28 day chair yoga videos! They really helped me target my abs and also toned my muscles unbelievably fast with me noticing changes in only a couple weeks!
Also I was unable to afford a renewal Dec, Jan with the holidays and all so I contacted support & emailed Lily Cole & she was so helpful. I got 2 free months from her and now I can continue to use their app. Definitely recommend this Site 100%! To your future good health with Lasta!
I paid for one month ONLY but since more money taken in varied amounts NOT ORTHERISED in one day my bank told me more was tried but my account is now drained and card cancelled,I'm on a pension it has now caused huge financial problems for me
So far I am at day 3, i have had a bit more energy so, I feel its helping me and my body is feeling better, yes, I have my pain issues, but they are getting easier to deal with. I want to cut back on my daily pain meds, and I feel this will help.
Bad experiences with you i cancelled my subscription and still got charged after month even whaen i xancelled 3 weeks before hand.
This is a scam SCAM stay away from this all they want is your money ,and if or when you cancel they still deduct from your account, not intrested in fixings things up only full of crap excuses. People don't be full by this SCAM.
The app would not let me put in the correct weight etc to get a valid projection. After multiple attempts I requested a refund and thought that was handled so I deleted the app. And then weeks later I see a pending charge now for $55 on my bank account. I contacted customer support they showed my account was still active so I requested cancellation and they confirmed it was canceled as of the day of my second attempt January 25th 2026. I also requested a refund of the pending $55 because I knew since it was still pending they could halt that. I received back a reply saying they would not do it based on terms and services for the reasons I gave of having technical issues with the app. Avoid this app and avoid this company unless you wish to lose money!
