I’ve made over 30 purchases in the past 8 years, but my last experience was frustrating. I placed an order on November 11, 2025, and was informed it would take longer due to the holiday rush. The shipment was returned because I received no notification from either the shipping service or the seller. Now, I’m seeking a refund. After three emails and two phone calls that went unanswered, I’ve decided I’m done with them. I learned that the founders sold the company in 2021, which explains a lot. They’ve even received an 'F' rating from the Better Business Bureau.
