I've been a customer for several years. In the past, they always resolved any issues and I kept coming back.
But, recently, I have been unable to contact them about a missing case of wine that supposedly shipped 4 weeks ago. I've emailed multiple times and have not received a response regarding the missing box.
Here are the facts:
January 23: I receive notice that two boxes shipped using a third-party shipper that gets the boxes to Texas. Tracking numbers are provided. Even now, the UPS tracking number associated with one of the boxes does not show that UPS ever scanned the box.
January 28: One box arrives. The other--a full case--has not arrived.
February 5: I emailed Last Bottle saying I was missing the second box. No response.
February 10: I follow up. I send a second email that day identifying the exact 12 bottles that did not make it. No response.
February 12: I call the phone number and leave a voicemail. No response.
February 20: I email again. No response.
February 21. I write this review.
I have made over 30 purchases in the last 8 years, so I'm particular. My latest order was placed on November 11, 2025. I was notified that it would take some time due to the holiday rush. However, the shipment was returned to the seller because neither the shipping company nor the seller informed me it had been dispatched. Now, I want my refund. After sending three emails and making two phone calls without any response, I am done with them. I found out that the founders sold the company in 2021, which explains a lot. They have a rating of 'F' from the Better Business Bureau.
I purchased a bottle on November 28, and it didn't arrive until January 5. I tried to cancel the order on December 23 because it was taking far too long, but my email was ignored, followed by an automated reply. After three days, I requested a refund again. Five days later, they responded only after my order was marked as 'delivered,' which it wasn't. It was still in California. I showed them the tracking info and asked for a cancellation, but their response was just an apology for delays without addressing my refund request. They even mentioned fees for the refund despite their mistakes. After all this, the wine tasted terrible and made my friend sick. TLDR: This is a scam seller that will take your money and make it difficult to get a refund.
I used to be a satisfied customer for years, but I'm no longer ordering from them. The lack of customer service and excessively long shipping times have soured my experience. I ordered wine in September and still haven’t received it, with no response from them. It’s best to stay away until they resolve their issues, as all I get now are automated replies.

The seller exceeds the service of many vineyards I’ve purchased from, and given the slowdown in the wine industry, their prices are among the best I’ve seen in years.
I placed orders on November 28, November 30, and December 2, but as of December 22, I have received nothing. I emailed on December 13 and again on December 18 with no response. Their customer service is nonexistent. I left my phone number in my second email requesting a call, but still nothing. This seller is awful. All my orders have been stuck in 'Processing' for over a week. I've had better communication and quicker shipping from companies outside the U.S. At this point, I'm thinking about contacting my credit card company for a refund.
