I placed an order on November 28, 2025, for a holiday gift, expecting some seasonal delays. However, the service was unacceptable. A week passed without shipping info. My first inquiry received a vague response about delays. Another week went by with no updates, forcing me to follow up again and threaten a credit card dispute. Their final reply was another generic email, providing no clarity on my order status. After being ignored again, I filed a dispute and got my refund. This seller is unreliable, and their communication is terrible. I will never order from them again. I ended up completing my Christmas shopping elsewhere.
