We bought tickets over two weeks ago, and immediately noticed a missing letter in one passenger's name. I reached out right after placing the order but received no response. I've been trying to contact them multiple times a day via email and other channels, but they completely ignore me. To make matters worse, I've received flight tickets for the outbound flight through one airline and the return flight through a different agency, which is confusing. When I contacted the airline, they said they couldn't correct the name error since the booking was made via an agent. This experience has been incredibly frustrating; there's no customer service, support, or accountability. Do yourself a favor and avoid this service — they take your money and vanish.
