My experience was disappointing from the moment I purchased the tickets until I landed. We booked saved seats for a family of five, but upon arrival, we found that everyone was assigned different seats on opposite sides of the plane. They purchase tickets from another company that buys from the airline, and there was no online check-in. I do not recommend this service.
