We bought two tickets early this morning for a flight on 2.8.25 at 6:00 am. We emailed them to request the tickets, but as of 31.7.25, after 12 hours, we have not received them or any response, and there is no one to talk to. We feel lost and unsure whether to organize for the trip or not. It's frustrating. If anyone from the service sees this, please respond. I hope we didn't make a mistake.
