I ordered a ticket and innocently wanted to add a suitcase while buying the ticket. They charged me $75 for it and for me. it was clear that this is the price the carrier will charge (or at least in the very recent range for example $5 or so) to my big surprise, while checking in, the carrier themselfs charge $40 for the same suitcase and $60 for x2 suitcases like these (23kg) that is absurd and also very wrong to deceive your clients into thinking a suitcase costs the same from them or from the carrier. simply a ripoff. never buy from this website again. I know I wont.
