When I purchased the tickets, it was stated that I can cancel for fee. I even paid more for the tickets for having this option.When I wanted to execute the cancellation, it turned out that the fee is 100%… So no cancellation and no refund.Their emails went directly to the junk mail. So it was very hard to communicate with them and they never accepted my explanations. Also they rarely available on the phone, only at certain time and it take them a while to respond… very disappointing.
