We did not receive what we paid for. The promised service was lacking, and when we raised concerns, the response was to blame us rather than take responsibility. This behavior is unacceptable. We expected professionalism but encountered excuses instead. Given the cost, the experience was extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend this service until they improve their customer treatment.
