I spent a considerable amount on a glass that seems more suited for a market stall. The quality is subpar, and I had hoped to gift this to my dad for Christmas, but it's now unusable due to the poor quality. The sticker started peeling after one wash, and it arrived in a plain box without any wrapping. It's only worth a fraction of what I paid. I wouldn't recommend this service!
The go-karting experience was excellent—pickup and drop-off were smooth, and we had a blast on the track. However, the bar crawl was underwhelming. The first bar was closed, causing us to miss out on promised free shots, and the subsequent bars offered no complimentary drinks. We were also misled about finishing at a pre-paid strip club, which we never visited. Overall, it felt lacking for a stag do.
We did not receive what we paid for. The promised service was lacking, and when we raised concerns, the response was to blame us rather than take responsibility. This behavior is unacceptable. We expected professionalism but encountered excuses instead. Given the cost, the experience was extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend this service until they improve their customer treatment.
