I saw an article on an android mobile website regarding the lovely cases from Lastu. I saw they had cases for the Nokia 9 Pureview, a phone I'd just pre-ordered. So I made the purchase. I received the confirmation email and next day I was notified by email that my item was in the post. Shipping in the EU said 1-4 days, I gave them a week and nothing. I tried to message back through the confirmation email address, tried their facebook messenger and the last attempt was through the PayPal linked email address. I have not had a reply back from any of them. Since then, my new phone has arrived and I've had to buy a standard case from Amazon. I was really looking forward to having this case, however, I've been left in the dark and am awaiting PayPal's involvement in getting a refund. I really do hope I can one day edit this and leave a more positive review.
