I ordered a phone case and a finger grip but received the wrong image and no grip. The replacement took forever and, guess what? Still no grip! They tried again, and still forgot it. Excuses ranged from 'too busy' to 'out of stock.' Even the refund was mishandled — I had to follow up on that too. If you enjoy making multiple complaints and feeling unimportant, this is the place for you. Personally, I’ll spend my money where I feel valued.
Regrettably, the premium-priced phone shell I received turned out to be of low quality that likely won't last even a year. The idea of MagSafe magnets for Android is appealing, but the price-quality ratio is very disappointing. I cannot recommend this.
I received the case in the US. I appreciate the design and slim profile. However, the quality seems questionable for the price, especially the TPU material. The 'wood' on the back looks nice, but I’m unsure about its longevity. I feel they are overhyping the manufacturing quality. I was surprised they even make cases for certain brands. Additionally, I found it odd that I had to sign for the case upon delivery. Follow-up: It has a wood scent, but I guess I’ll take their word for it. The shipping method required me to be present to sign for it, which I found unusual for a case.
I ordered a premium-priced leather phone cover with a MagSafe add-on. The first cover had issues with the MagSafe ring and the leather quality. After they fixed it, I received a cover of decent (but not premium) quality. I soon noticed that the MagSafe card holder wouldn’t securely hold cards. I wanted to return it and get a refund. It took several days for the support team to respond on both platforms. Eventually, I received return instructions and a refund. My experience was not good, and I wouldn’t recommend them. Their quality does not match their prices, and customer service is slow.
I purchased a case for my phone. After six months, I haven't encountered major issues. I like how the brown leather card holder complements the dark case (uses MagSafe). There are minor flaws: one corner of the wood element doesn't fit perfectly, and the leather card holder has a small particle that makes it wear faster. However, these are not easily noticeable. The magnet is strong, and the card holder stays in place well. The buttons feel good and make a nice click sound. Edit: Delivery took some time since it was sent as a letter, but I was fine with that (local product).
