I've attempted to reach them through email, their website form, and social media, but have received no response. The lack of a straightforward return policy on their site is quite telling. I wanted to return the item immediately upon opening it. The bag's quality is poor, with a handle placed awkwardly, and only one compartment has a closure, leaving the other open. It also had a strong plastic smell upon opening. They make returns difficult because they know the product is subpar.
