It also had a strong plastic smell upon opening. They make returns difficult because they know the product is subpar.

I received a poor-quality counterfeit bag and immediately requested a refund via email as soon as I opened the package. I got a response from a representative stating she hadn't seen any previous emails and offered either full store credit or a partial refund. Why are these sellers so dishonest?

Your response is inadequate; if you compare my submitted photos to your website, it’s clear the bag is not the same, and it’s made from synthetic materials.
