I completely agree with the negative reviews. I wish I had read them before being misled by their promotional images. The lesson here is to ALWAYS check reviews before making a purchase. I received a poor-quality counterfeit bag and immediately requested a refund via email as soon as I opened the package. I got a response from a representative stating she hadn't seen any previous emails and offered either full store credit or a partial refund. Why are these sellers so dishonest?
