I received a bag that smells strongly of chemicals, which was not what was advertised on their misleading website. The item shipped from overseas, even though the site appears to be in a different language. The bag was promoted as genuine leather, but it contains no leather at all. Avoid this company; I was drawn in by the promise of a beautiful genuine leather product, but what I received was entirely different. I reported them to my credit card company as a scam, and I doubt they will respond to them either. Your response is inadequate; if you compare my submitted photos to your website, it’s clear the bag is not the same, and it’s made from synthetic materials.
