We received a lovely mattress and excellent service. Initially, we ordered a firm mattress but found it too firm, so we utilized the 50-day change policy to switch to a medium, which is incredibly comfortable. They responded quickly to emails. We were away during the second mattress delivery, and they held it for three weeks. The delivery was smooth with good communication. I would definitely recommend this service. We should have paid more attention to the weight advice on their website; had we done so, we would have ordered the medium mattress from the start.
