The communication from the company during the purchase was very good. Although we’ve only had the mattress for a few months, I find it extremely comfortable. The couriers were also excellent. Latex mattresses provide a far superior sleep experience compared to mixed synthetic ones. While they are pricey, the quality seems excellent so far.
