Having used a latex pillow for many years, I decided to explore a latex mattress for my replacement. I selected the Bliss model with medium comfort but felt apprehensive due to the investment in something untested. Weighing around 14 stone, I find it quite supportive and surprisingly comfortable. Switching made me realize how uncomfortable my previous mattress was; my discomfort was mistaken for aging. Since getting the new mattress, I've noticed fewer back muscle spasms and reduced numbness in my hands and fingers, likely due to better spinal alignment. I wake less frequently at night too. Overall, it seems effective for me, although my partner hasn’t noticed much change! I'm hopeful it will be durable; if it is, it will have been a worthwhile purchase, despite feeling risky at first—even with the 50-day trial. This may deserve a 5-star rating, but I have some hesitations after just a month; perhaps in a year, if it continues well, it will earn that additional star.
