They took my money and vanished. After just beginning to enjoy baths (I'm usually a shower person), I thought I’d treat myself to some bath bombs. Unfortunately, during my first order, I got scammed. I became concerned when a week passed without a dispatch email, so I checked my account for delivery status. My order wasn’t listed, and the website looked like a generic template with no products or branding. It seems they may have encountered difficulties and ceased operations while still taking orders. I tried reaching out to the support team, but, unsurprisingly, I received no response. I will be initiating a chargeback through my bank and reporting this to the relevant authorities. I understand that small businesses can face hardships, but a little communication would go a long way.
